Terms of Service

Welcome to LoveShort (www.loveshort.ai and app.loveshort.ai). By creating an account or using the service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

LoveShort provides streaming playback of short-drama content. Some episodes are free; others require virtual coins to unlock. We may adjust, add or remove content and change features.

2. Your account

• You can sign in with an email code or a Google account
• You must provide accurate details and keep your account secure
• You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account
• Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised
• The service is intended for users aged 18 and over

3. Virtual coins and payment

Virtual coins are a prepaid entitlement used to unlock episodes on this platform. They are not legal tender or a tradeable financial product.

• Coins cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to others, or used outside the platform
• Once an unlock completes the service is treated as delivered and is generally non-refundable
• If a technical fault on our side charged you but playback did not work, contact us within 7 days and we will restore or refund the coins after verification
• Prices may change; changes do not affect coins you already hold
• Nothing here limits any mandatory refund rights you have under the law of your location

4. Acceptable use

When using the service you must not:

• Record, download, copy, repost or otherwise redistribute platform content
• Circumvent, break or interfere with our paywall or technical protections
• Use crawlers or automated scripts to scrape content or our APIs
• Post comments that are unlawful, abusive, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringe the rights of others
• Impersonate others, abuse multiple accounts, or obtain coins by improper means
• Do anything that compromises system security or degrades the service for other users

Where these rules are breached we may, depending on severity, remove content, restrict features or suspend the account. Unspent coins are not refunded where an account is suspended for a serious breach.

5. Content you post

You are responsible for the comments and other content you post and confirm you hold the necessary rights. You grant us a licence to display that content within the service. We may review, hide or remove content that breaches these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The video content, interface design, trade marks and code on the platform are owned by us or the respective rights holders. Spending coins to unlock an episode grants only the right to watch it on this platform and confers no ownership or sub-licensing right of any kind.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Where maintenance, network faults, force majeure or third-party outages cause interruption, we will restore service as soon as we reasonably can.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of data or loss of profit. For direct loss attributable to us, our liability is capped at the amount you actually paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Termination

You may contact us at any time to close your account. We may suspend or terminate your account where you seriously breach these terms or where required by law.

10. Changes to these terms

When these terms are updated we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page, and give additional notice for material changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
